Observation For Third Streak 7.2 When the isolate colonies were restreaked onto R2A, the isolates became more impure showing different colonies.

The general morphology of the colonies was the large size of cells, the colonies were freely swimming on the agar plate. The colony had mas of cells organized to move it out of the main colony. This colony was different from the result of the previous week with more distinguishable colonies and massive cell outgrowth. This week’ s results showed more pure colonies since the colonies used their massive cell outgrowth to move out of the mixed colonies.
