This includes prompt response to emergencies and administering quality medical service to the patients. The other vale of health leaders is that they foster unity and motivation among other medical employees. What was less successful, or less well done?   The ascertainment of the variances with regard to the performance of the nurse leaders was difficult.

This is because there was a lack of parameter of measuring the value of a nursing leader because the service delivery of the leaders is almost the same in terms of magnitude. What did you learn from doing this activity? The lessons learnt from the activity is that health leaders lay an immense role in ensuring that patients receive proper and prompt medical attention at all time. Additionally, the relationship between good leadership and recuperation rate of patients was strong. How many contacts did you have with your mentor? There were two contacts made with the project mentor.

It also led to self-drive and fortitude among the participant of the project. This aspect leads to laxity in task performance. What was less successful, or less well done?   Moreover, the correction of individual mistakes posed a challenge to many of the participants. This is because people are bound to stick to a personal opinion regardless of the inadequacy of the opinions. What did you learn from doing this activity? This aspect enhances proper planning in the process of personal development and growth. What changes in nursing curricula/programmes have you influenced or been involved in, during the programme? The changes effected in the nursing sector by the project include the overhaul of the nursing healthcare policies.

The healthcare organizations dominate the government healthcare provision. The nursing career has a confounding element of most of the healthcare organizations. These organizations compete with one another to obtain many clients. The figures of healthcare organizations that are operating in modern-day are many. The nursing profession is responsible for the efficient and effective healthcare system for patients in many countries.

The big population has always compelled the government to allocate more funds to the cost of healthcare welfare. The nursing career leads to equitable healthcare. It is evident that the huge mix of roles of the nursing career has led to a more favourable outcome of healthcare services for the patients. For instance, the nursing collective health scheme that is well established in many healthcare organizations is a great contribution to nursing health care schemes. Do you think these changes can be linked to the ICN LFC™ in any way?   The changes are related to the leadership for change programme.

The changes provide insight into the leadership requirements I the context of nursing. The introduction of the health information system improves the entire nursing service delivery. The integration of all the systems reduces the possibility of fraudulent activities in the health sector, which leads to a boost of ethics in the healthcare sector. This technological feat in healthcare is laudable and must be maintained. The systems are also monitored through the use of closed-circuit cameras, which boost the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare staff.
