The research was designed to determine the capacity of the nursing students to read basic EKG rhythm strips. The setting is within the local clinical climate. The 2010 research was done effectively. The nursing respondents answered a research questionnaire. Next, the nurse respondents were asked to take an EKG rhythm reading test. The students’ responses delved between strongly disagree [1] to strongly agree [5].

The tests determined whether the nurse respondents were able to use their classroom EKG reading lectures to actual practice. The EKG reading lectures included the Learn Rhythm Adult E-learning learning strategies. Respondents took both the pretest and the post-test. The two EKG test results were gathered and analyzed. A2 Analysis of Data The research data showed that the E-learning lectures increased the nurse respondents’ EKG test scores, improving the clinical learning environment’ s communication process. E-learning lectures contributed to increasing nurse respondents’ EKG test scores.

Comparing, the nurse respondents using the E-learning method performed better students using the traditional, face to face, classroom learning strategy. The test shows E-learning reviews make learning easily available to both the staff and the nursing learners, saving both time and costs.   E-learning saves significant learning time and learning costs. Further, the E-learning strategy improves on the traditional, face to face, classroom information transfer communication strategy.   Consequently, nursing instructors are favourably persuaded to search for other classroom teaching strategies. A2 Conclusion of Researcher   The researchers’ conclusions show the importance of improving the communication process between clinical instructors and nursing students.

To enhance the learning process’ communication levels, different teaching strategies are used. Similarly, different teaching strategies can be combined to hasten the learning process.   In terms of educating the nursing respondents on how to better interpret basic Electrocardiogram strips. The researchers observed that the use of E-learning complemented and increased traditional classroom learning strategies. When using the E-learning review to complement the previous traditional, face to face, classroom learning method, there are no negative effects on the learning process. Comparing, students using the E-learning method had higher EKG reading test results compared to nursing students undergoing the old fashioned face to face traditional physical classroom learning process, enhancing the clinical environment’ s communication process.   Assessment of Five Areas Clearly, the evidence in the research data firmly supports the conclusions formed by the researchers.

The findings affirm the researchers’ conclusion that E-learning is a better communication process than the traditional face of the face learning process. Likewise, the researchers’ conclusions affirm the evidence’ indicating E-learning complements the traditional face to the face learning process.     Finally, the conclusion affirms the finding’ s indicating E – learning’ s communication strategy increases the EKG reading test scores. Ethical Issues of Research There were no ethical issues that arose during the communication research.

The nurses agreed to take the EKG reading pretest. Likewise, the nurses agreed to take the post-test EKG reading test. Since tests occurred during the respondents’ many years of school learning processes, there were no ethical issues affecting the researchers. Study’ s Research Type The research type is classified as quantitative research. Quantitative research entails the use of numbers to generate findings and conclusions.

The quantitative data include the standard deviation, mean, frequency, analysis of variance, and percentages.   The SPSS quantitative statistics software was used to reduce the time needed to complete a more accurate quantitative analysis. Further, another type of research can be used in the same environment. The qualitative research is another feasible and popular research type. The qualitative research determines the similarities between the E-learning strategy and the traditional learning strategy. Likewise, qualitative research delves into the differences between the E-learning strategy and the traditional learning strategy. Conduction of literature search evaluating nursing management implications of a nursing intervention: Nursing intervention entails resolving patient care communication problems.

Enhanced communication between nursing management and nursing staff ensures the delivery of better patient care services.   One research shows classroom lectures contributes to better patient-nurse communication (Schlegel et al. 16). Easier access to relevant information precipitated to the nurses’ improvement in patient care intervention (Wright 871). Stroke patient rehabilitation entails nurses’ focusing communication on the patients’ goals and apprehensions (Gordon 544). Nurses must acquire effective patient communication skills that may sometimes conflict with fixed nursing care plans (Twigg 276).     Conclusion Nursing management involves maximizing the communication process.

Communication is an important part of the patient care rehabilitation process. Enhanced communication ensures better transfer of information from the clinical instructors to the nursing learners as well as between nurse managers and subordinates. Nursing-patient communication is part of the basic rehabilitation strategies. Evidently, effective nursing intervention management includes resolving communication problems within the patient-nurse environment as well as the clinical learning atmosphere.
