"The Donabedian Framework" is an engrossing example of a paper on care. The proposed research aims to elaborate on the effectiveness of developing protocols and teaching tools for nurses to educate them and increase their knowledge about palliative sedation in the clinical setting. Moreover, this particular study intends to discuss a theoretical framework through which it can be possible to improve the quality and effectiveness of the nursing education program. In order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the nursing education program, it will be essential to use the Donabedian framework. In this regard, rationally it can be asserted that Donabedian is an ISO-certified framework.

According to the viewpoint of academic literature, this particular framework is specifically designed to help medical institutes with the aim of enhancing the quality of medical training. Moreover, it has also been revealed that this framework is universally accepted and also is widely used in the entire global marketplaces due to its satisfying quality (Haj et al. , 2013).         The Donabedian framework will be evaluated to an extent to determine the effectiveness of the nursing education program. The objective of using this framework is to provide effective training services with the aim of enhancing the quality of nursing practices.

Moreover, through the evaluation process, it will be possible to identify how the Donabedian framework has involved in this nursing training program, and also this evaluation will recognize the impact of this framework. Furthermore, academic literature will be conducted in order to understand to what extent this Donabedian framework has accomplished its success in the implementation of the nursing training program. Donabedian framework can be regarded as a suitable model for the assessment of quality care and healthcare services by following structure, process along with the positive outcome.

In this regard, it can be also claimed that through incorporating this framework it can be possible to enhance the quality of hospital infrastructure, nurses’ involvement, and equipment for providing better health care services. Moreover, it will also assist nurses’ to gain knowledge about the diagnosis process, preventive care along with an adequate understanding of the disease (Donabedian, 2005).                 The intended evaluation will be done with the help of qualitative studies.

Qualitative analysis is the highly effective approach through which it will be possible to evaluate the involvement, effectiveness, and impact of the Donabedian framework in the case of the nursing training program. The main aim of the evaluating design is to identify whether the Donabedian framework has been able to reach the objective of the model. Therefore, a qualitative study will be taken into the consideration for identifying the effectiveness of the Donabedian framework. It can be asserted that qualitative research especially relies on the literature review process.

On the contrary, the quantitative method relies on a collection of data. Thus, in order to collect data and analyze those data, it is required to apply primary and secondary sources such as peer-reviewed journals, articles, magazines, newspapers, s, and books among others (Donabedian, 2005). In order to measure the outcomes of the evaluation design, it is required to identify the opportunities of the Donabedian framework. Apart from this, it will be able to measure the improvement of the nursing training program. For instance, the outcomes can be measured by identifying the health and welfare of the patient.

Moreover, effectiveness and outcome could be done by analyzing several records of the medical institutes. Apart from this, the outcomes can be measured through analyzing the patient handling record of the palliative sedation for nonhospice nurses. In this regard, the analysis report will signify the effectiveness of the Donabedian framework and its successful implementation in the case of the nursing training program (Donabedian, 2005).
