They include fruits such as cherries, and strawberries cereals such as corn and barley seeds and nuts such as pecans and peanuts dry fruits such as apricots legumes such as beans which are rich in genistein vegetables such as spinach and cabbage The presence of vitamin E and C in the body helps it to block the creation of risky free radicals during workouts or exercise and in the end; the body fails to develop sensitivity to insulin.

A person can gain Vitamin E and C in fruits such as oranges and mangos.
