"Health Care Management" is a perfect example of a paper on the health system. The entire management function revolves around two important aspects. These encompass leadership, human resource management or organizing the workplace. Both the functions go hand in hand with mutual cooperation. As far as the leadership function is concerned it means that having a strong personal, social or communal influence and control over a person or sometimes in a group of people. Leader value the human element to a great extent. They believe in keeping a team together with complete mutual cooperation among each other.

On the other hand, the human resource management basically deals with managing the entire workforce of the organization. Moreover, it also takes part is recruiting, training, hiring, evaluating and rewarding the employees. They mainly focus on the good of their employees and solving their issues emerging within an organization. An administrator becomes an effective and efficient manager only when he or she posses three important skills. These skills include technical, interpersonal and conceptual skills. For instance an assembly line manager who typically works on machines only requires technical skills and has nothing to do with conceptual skills.

Whereas the top manager or the CEO of a firm need to possess high conceptual skills as he is responsible for all the critical decisions regarding the betterment of the company (Daft et al, 2010). However, the human or interpersonal skills must be engraved in all types of administrator irrespective of their designation. Foremost function that all health care administrators must adopt to gain the managerial competency is to work more on enhancing their conceptual and interpersonal skills. This because health care individuals have to deal a lot with their patients and staff members.

Similarly, at the same time they must have great conceptual skill as their work demands for it. They deal with such situations each day in which they had to make decisions on their own.
